Very friendly employees, clean stocked shelves

Got our brats and onions for German night. Always great salmon and shrimp! Clean restrooms and friendly staff.

Always the best customer service. Buy one get one free are always good and the kids get a free cookie.

The store is always clean and the employees are always courteous.. the shelves are stocked and their produce department is top notch.. I don't get to shop here as much as I used to since I moved too far away for it to be convenient. I do come back when I am in the area. Shopping at Publix is a little more expensive but you get what you pay for... I would highly recommend Publix!

I don't often go to Publix because I'm retired on a fixed income. The Publix stores are ALWAYS clean, well lit and well stocked. The selection of k-cup coffees is marvelous. The employees are courteous and helpful.

The fruit and veggies are absolutely awful quality. I have yet to find a piece that doesn't already have dents and soft spots. Bought a box of kiwis today which turned out literally inedible. I forced down half a kiwi and had to throw out the entire remainder of the pack.You can buy dry foods etc there no problem, but do yourself a favor and get fresh produce somewhere else.

Store appears immaculate. Customer service is top notch. Clearly a result of store philosophy, management and caring employees. Best example of customer service I have observed in a long time.

Publix is my favorite place to shop in Prattville. The employees are very friendly and will go out of their way to help you. The fruits and vegetables are always fresh. My go to grocery store.

I love Publix!! You cannot find a cleaner, neater, or better-stocked store around here. It is so bright & cheery! The staff members are friendly & helpful. It is more expensive, but it's such a pleasure to shop there!

Went for seafood

I discovered that I had forgotren my wallet at home after my frozen foods and ice cream had been rung up. The cashier bagged everything up, sent it to the freezer in the back of the store, and I rushed home to get my wallet. I returned, paid, was assured by a manager that she's done that before, I received my cold groceries and was thanked for my patronage. Awesome experience.

Picked up few things for dinner and the most fresh fruit bowls I ever had in my life

A little pricey but well worth it. The meat and produce are beautiful and fresh. The seafood department has a good variety to choose from. The associates are very helpful.

Great location, near I-65 and many other shops and restaurants. We stopped in for a couple of wine bottles to bring to a party. Good selection and those that are on sale are reasonably priced.Store is clean and staff friendly.Though we didn't do other grocery shopping. We saw a salad bar and deli, so expect to find your typical nice Publix grocery store.

Publix is clean and fresh. Possibly the best grocery chain in the southeast. Fresh produce and friendly employees. BOGO deals every week. Boars Head deli is amazing. Love Publix!

I love Publix. They're well stocked, clean, and most of all so very friendly. After experiences in the past at Wal Mart it's so refreshing. I have to drive almost 40 miles to get there though but I do it anyway. Wish they would build one in Clanton.

I love it! I have to drive from Wetumpka which is a pain; I wish you had a store in Wetupka . I realize we are too small of a town. I live the friendly staff & how they're always happy to help you. Your Produce is always fresh & look beautiful. The bakery words can not express how difficult it is to buy just one thing. Your meat department is always fresh looking & top quality meats. I live for the BOGOs. I like sushi on Wednesdays. There is so much more to love at Publix. But you have a good thing going. Dont change it please. Thank you!

Great Products and Customer Service 👍

I went to Publix on July 2,2020 to purchase a few items. I bought some 12 non breaded wingett I checked out and they totaled out to be $82.68. The moral of this story is to be on the look out at the checkout. Pay attention to the price of what you are buying. It should have been about $12.99 plus tax. Be on the look out.

Very clean super market and a nice change of pace from the ttpical chain stores. Always stocked with a variety of items and everyone is nice and courteous.

Such a clean and we'll organized store. Best friendly and helpful staff anywhere! I am done with other grocery stores. Publix may be a bit more expensive but it is worth it!

Our visit was very pleasant!!!

The parking lot is always clean. The workers are always very nice and professional. The ease of shopping is the best because they always have what you're looking for and they have really good sales! On hot days such as this, watermelon BOGO is a really good deal. There are some places that will charge you a lot of money for money orders, but money orders here with only $0.89 a piece. Overall, I really like the atmosphere and look forward to shopping here often.

This is my place of employment. I've got nothing but good things to say about Publix. Great benefits, room for growth, an awesome environment, and all in all a great place to work. Only job I've ever had and don't see myself going anywhere. 16 years strong 💪

Friendly staff...had everything I needed

I fortunately shopped during the afternoon, so fewer shoppers, shelves were neat, and the store was easy to maneuver around, with reasonablystocked shelves.Publix is requesting that people follow lines and move in the same direction. They have placed arrows on the floor for anyone paying attention. However many shoppers ignored the signs, didn't pay attention or disregarded them.

I love Publix. I will find things not always in other grocery stores. Its like a specialty store and a grocery store. Sure they can be a little pricey but they also have sales like two for one. I love the deli. Boars Head and Publix brand meats and cheeses are delicious. You can't go wrong.
